This Privacy Policy describes how GOTO AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (gotoai.io) and our Android application GOTO AI — Find Your AI.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Quiz answers: The answers you provide (use case, budget, level, priority, privacy preference, device type) are used solely to generate your AI recommendation. They are not stored on our servers.
• Email address (optional): If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored and managed via ConvertKit.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (page views, session duration). No personal data is identified.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate a personalized AI model recommendation (quiz answers are sent to OpenAI's API and immediately discarded).
• To send you our weekly newsletter if you subscribed (unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve our website and app through anonymous analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Quiz answers are forwarded to OpenAI's API to generate recommendations. OpenAI's privacy policy applies: openai.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense). The Android app does not use cookies.

5. Android App — Permissions

The GOTO AI Android app requires only:

• Internet access: to call the AI recommendation API.

The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other device data.

6. Data Retention

Quiz answers are not stored. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard policies.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email from our newsletter list at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting us at contact@gotoai.io.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
